i must say that my 20th bday is the best throughout my life. Celebrating with 3 different group of friends , having 3 cakes, bday party in the afternoon and dinner at night at Iori.
Bday party at Tai's place was great! Everyone who was invited turned up. Pawrin was sick but he still make it. Thanx Paw! Lily made spaghetti. Phina made this taiwanese 'chon you bing'Tai made salad and Ye brought sushi. Though there were only 4 different dishes, but the 11 of us couldnt finish it !!! Lily's spaghetti was very delicious. Too bad i was very full, if not i wld hav continue eating.
Mingle around with paw, coach, ye and tai talking about paw n mongkok graduating this year, asking them to continue staying for masters/honours, dont go back so soon. haha, but coach got to go back and help his family business. Paw might go to USA for masters as it offers 1.5 yrs only.
Coach was telling us that he got to draw lots to see if he was selected to serve army. But they can pay around US$1000 to get away from it. If u were registered from a more rural area, u pay much lesser.
Took lots of pics with the girls, will upload them when tai passed me pics from dan's camera. Allan actually studied in Overseas family School in singapore for 3 years before going to USA for a year and transferred credits to ANU. He and Dan was talking about how much they miss singapore food. Haha. Allan paid $800 + per person to live in a 3 bedroom apartment in doby ghuat!!!! that's so expensive compare to the living expenses in canberra. School fees per year was 10,000 plus.
I got a vanilla and chocolate cheesecake( that's how tai describe to me), which looks like marble cheesecake to me thou . Received lots of presents too. Thanx everyone! 1:04 PM
